Our teachers are specifically chosen for their interest and dedication to provide quality care, nurturing and passion to teach young children. Each member of our staff has education, training, and/or experience in Early Childhood Education and meets the qualifications set by the State of Iowa and Department of Human Services. Staff must pass thorough criminal and child abuse criminal record checks, references check, and health examination. All staff complete an orientation and 2 For U training program. We believe that learning is a life long process, for children as well as adults. Our teachers are offered continual opportunities throughout their employment to further their education and improve their skills.
